Road to IELTS is the product of a great partnership between the British Council and ClarityEnglish. Thousands of schools and universities around the world have chosen Road to IELTS to prepare students for the IELTS test.
The British Council is the UK’s international organisation for cultural relations and educational opportunities. We work with more than 100 countries across the world in the fields of arts and culture, English language, education and civil society. Last year, we reached more than 75 million people directly and 758 million people overall, including online, through broadcasts and publications. Founded in 1934, we are a UK charity governed by Royal Charter and a UK public body.
Our work in English aims to bring high-quality language materials to every learner and teacher who wants them. In developing and post-conflict countries, we teach English and train teachers through radio, web and TV broadcasts. We offer more than three million UK examinations worldwide, helping people gain access to trusted qualifications to support their career and study prospects.
IELTSpractice has been created by and is owned by ClarityEnglish. ClarityEnglish publishes effective, enjoyable, easy-to-use digital and online English. Since 1992, our programs have helped students in specific language areas: grammar, reading, writing, pronunciation, study skills and, most importantly, IELTS.
Over the last 25 years, ClarityEnglish has also co-published online materials with leading ELT providers, including the British Council (in more than twenty projects), Cambridge University Press (five projects), Oxford University Press (four projects) and the United Nations (two projects).
